Brook cancellation & refunds policy:
Conferences
Payment must be made before the event. Entry will not be authorised if payment has not been received. We will accept written cancellations of confirmed bookings up to six weeks before the conference commences. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted. The fee paid will be reimbursed less a £40.00 administration charge. No refunds will be made for bookings cancelled less than six weeks before the date of the conference. Conferences are subject to cancellation if they are undersubscribed. Participants will be offered alternative conferences, credits or a refund.
Training
We will accept written cancellations of confirmed bookings up to two weeks before the course commences. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted. The fee paid will be reimbursed less a £10.00 administration charge or held as credit for a future course. No refunds will be made for bookings cancelled less than two weeks before the start of the course. Please note that if you ask to be transferred onto another course within two weeks of the course date you will be charged an administration fee of 25% of course fees. Courses are subject to cancellation if there are fewer than eight participants booked onto the course. Participants will be offered alternative courses, credits or a refund.
