Get involved with Brook

We know, because they tell us, that too many young people still aren’t getting the confidential support they desperately need to enable them to have the kind of sex they choose, can take responsiblity for, and can enjoy without harm to themselves or others.

They may not be getting good quality, young people friendly services. They may miss out on good, early, appropriate sex and relationships education. They may not know how to discuss sex and sexual health with their parents, their friends or their partners. They may be being hurt, abused or exploited.

Brook works to enable young people to enjoy their sexuality without harm. To do this, we rely on the generosity of our supporters and donors to fund our work with young people.

By making a donation you can help us:

  • support young people who need information on sexual health through our confidential helpline, on-line and text message services, and our website. Last year more than 20,000 young people used these services and there were over half a million visits to our website.
  • support the 17 Brook Centres around the country who work with more than 210,000 young people every year.
  • develop new resources for teachers and other professionals working with young people, to help them make sure young people have the information they need to make informed choices about their sexual health.
  • campaign for long-term change so that every young person is guaranteed comprehensive sex education at school and has access to confidential sexual health services designed to meet their needs.
