Brook has been commissioned by Manchester City Council to offer free Relationships and Sex education (RSE) workshops to young people in secondary schools and colleges, as well as free professionals training for organisations wanting to support young people around RSE or condom distribution.
Assemblies and workshops are available on all aspects of sexual health and relationships, as well as emotional health and wellbeing. They cover topics such as contraception, consent, relationships, sexual harassment, sexting, CSE and much more. The sessions always include local signposting.
Co-designed with young people, the 6-week My Life programme enables individuals to take charge and improve their own health and wellbeing by exploring skills, goal setting and becoming more emotionally resilient.
We are able to offer this to up to 25 secondary school or college students each year.
Any Manchester organisation working with young people can gain access to a free, on-going supply of condoms for the young people they work with. To register please get in touch and our Education team will provide a 1.5 hour distribution training workshop and a supply of condoms.
Are there other ways we could support you and the young people you work with?
Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
