FAQs

How do I contact the press team?

Email: press@brook.org.uk

Phone: +447789 682831

The press office opening hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Can you provide case studies?

Due to client confidentiality we cannot provide case studies. If you would like to use quotes from one of our real stories, please contact us to confirm this is possible.

Do you respond to student journalists?

We do not currently have the capacity to respond to requests from student journalists. Please visit our help and advice pages for useful information and FAQs.

Can we film in a Brook clinic?

Our clinics are confidential spaces so we are unable to accommodate filming. If you would like to interview a Brook expert in a clinical setting, we may be able to arrange this outside the clinic opening times.

Are you looking for new partners?

We are always open to collaborating with like-minded companies and organisations to help us reach even more young people. Take a look at our past partnerships and projects and email us if you think we would be a good fit.
