Our STI kit ordering service is currently unavailable. We’ll be back online in January 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
It looks like you already have an STI test kit order in progress with us.
You will be able to order another kit once you have returned and received results for the first one.
Remember: it takes at least 2 weeks for the most common STIs to show up in tests. You only need to test if you have had unprotected (without a condom or barrier method) sexual contact with a new partner or with multiple partners. We recommend testing once a year if you only have one sexual partner and you are exclusive.
You will get a text message from Brook about your results. This is usually 4-5 days after you sent your home test kit back or you visited a Brook clinic.
You can also view your results for home tests through your My Brook account.
If you haven’t received your results and you sent your kit back over 10 days ago, contact your local Brook service.
Or search for your local Brook service
If you can’t find your kit or it did not arrive, please contact your local Brook service to arrange testing.
If you have symptoms, it’s important you see a healthcare professional as soon as possible. You can contact the team at your local Brook service, your GP or call NHS 111 for medical advice by dialling 111. Calls to NHS 111 are free from a landline or mobile phone. Interpretation is available.
