MyLife is a health and wellbeing support programme offered by Brook to young people within schools, colleges and youth groups.
MyLife Programme
At Brook we believe RSE is most effective, impactful and meaningful when a whole school approach is adopted. To support this, we offer training sessions for all staff, not just those involved with teaching RSE, and engagement sessions with parents and carers so that everyone feels confident to contribute to an RSE environment that extends beyond the classroom.
We also offer a full PSHE curriculum for key stages 1-5 which provides a consistent, high quality PSHE education for all young people in school setting.
