Most of our services are available as walk-ins* (so you don’t need an appointment). Walk-in hours are 12:00pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday and 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays.
If you’re over 16, you can book contraception appointments online through My Brook.
If you’re 16-19 and don’t have symptoms of an STI, you can order an STI home test kit online through My Brook.

*If you’d rather you can book an appointment by phoning the clinic during opening times. Coil and implant fittings require an appointment.
When the clinic is closed you can contact the following Pharmacies, who may be able to offer the free Emergency Contraception. Please ring them first to check a pharmacist is available. Boots – The Circus, Boots – 32 Market Street, Boots – 11-13 Piccadilly, Superdrug – 7-9 Piccadilly.

Brook Manchester provides free and confidential sexual health services for people aged 19 and under.
Access these online services directly from your phone or computer, see below for details on each self-service.
If you are aged 16-19 and live in a Manchester City postcode, you can request a free chlamydia and gonorrhoea test kit to be send to you by post.
Live outside of Manchester City? You may still be able to order a free home test kit. Search for a local test kit provider.
If you’re 13-24 and live in Manchester, you can access free condoms and lube from various outlets in Manchester through the C-Card Scheme.
If you’re over 16, you can book a contraception appointment online through My Brook.

Brook believes that everyone should be able to care for their sexual health without barriers to accessing clinical services or fear of stigma. Our friendly staff are here to help you, whatever is going on. However embarrassed or worried you might feel, they have seen and heard it all and treat everyone with the same respect.
Brook services are completely free to use. This includes contraception, which is free from Brook and on the NHS for all ages.
Brook will work with you to identify what help and support is best for you, giving you space and time to explore your options.

Brook has been operating sexual health services for young people for over 50 years. We launched our first all-age services in 2019, but many of our locations remain specifically dedicated to supporting people under 25.
