About this information

The services listed in our Find A Service tool under NHS & other services are not listing that we manage ourselves but ones that we pull through from the NHS database using their API.

New service listings can be added to the NHS database by contacting Serco on serviceupdates@serco.com. Existing listings can be edited via the NHS service finder or by emailing Serco.

Once they have been updated, the new information will pull through to our Find A Service tool when we next refresh the connection.

You do not need a referral to access Brook services.

If you are a professional looking to refer a client to Brook, please contact your local service for information about how to make a referral.

You do not need to have registered with us before using our services.

If you are accessing a Brook service for the first time, our team will ask you for all the details we need to provide you with the best help and support.

Brook has been operating sexual health services for young people for over 50 years.
We launched our first all-age services in 2019, but many of our locations remain specifically dedicated to supporting people under 25.

If you are above the age limit for your nearest Brook service, you can still search for sexual health services from the NHS or other providers using our Find a Service tool. Alternatively, you can use the NHS service finder: nhs.uk/service-search/sexual-health.
