Challenging inequality in 2024/25

Inequality remains one of the driving factors behind poor health outcomes. With reduced funding for sexual health services continuing to hit marginalised groups the hardest, it is vital that we navigate the multi-faceted issues faced by people in sexual health, mental health and wellbeing. During 24/25, Brook has worked harder than ever to ensure we reach those who need us the most through our combination of in-person clinics, digital provision and community-based initiatives.

Education is integral to combatting inequality, yet we are witnessing increased attempts to limit what can be taught in schools. Brook has remained steadfast in our defence of high quality, inclusive RSE to ensure schools remain spaces where young people can develop the skills and knowledge to keep themselves and each other safe.
