You can get free condoms if you are 13 to 24 and are living or studying in Dudley.
From November 2025, you will no longer need a C-Card to get free condoms in Dudley. Instead, if you’re 13-24 you’ll be able get free condoms without registration at outlets.
You can get free condoms from outlets in Dudley without registering. Simply turn up to an outlet and ask for free condoms. They may ask you a couple of questions to make sure you understand how to use condoms but you won’t need to provide any personal details.
Outlets include pharmacies, shops and public services. Outlets will let you know they are part of the scheme by displaying the free condoms logo in their window.
