Donate to Brook

For 60 years, Brook has been leading the fight for safe, confidential and accessible healthcare.

We’ve changed lives, changed laws and contributed to a more inclusive society. People’s sexual health and wellbeing is becoming increasingly affected by the digital world. That’s why, for Sexual Health Week 2025, we’ll be shining a light on how emerging technologies are shaping our attitudes when it comes to sex and relationships.

Support us this Sexual Health Week

For many of us, digital technology has become a familiar part of how we navigate sexual health and relationships. But how do we make sense of what’s real and what’s not in a world of deepfakes and AI romances?

That’s why, for this year’s Sexual Health Week we’re exploring how being Chronically Online is influencing our attitudes and behaviours around sex and relationships.

From 15th-21st September, we’ll be:

  • Hosting a Big RSE Lesson Live for students and teachers.
  • Running a thought leadership event bringing together experts.
  • Amplifying the voices of online users to combat stigma and misinformation.
  • Discussing how Relationships & Sex Education can help young people think critically about online content.

We are asking our supporters to donate £10, £25 or £50 to help us continue our fight for safe, accessible healthcare.

How your donation makes a difference

Your donation empowers us to make significant strides in essential areas:

  • Advocacy: To amplify people’s voices to combat stigma and misinformation online.
  • Campaigning: To champion the right of every person to enjoy safe and healthy relationships, both on and offline.
  • Mental Health: To support young people accessing our place-based community mental health hubs.
  • Education: To transform sexual health perceptions and enable young people to understand the role of RSE in developing critical thinking.
  • Digital Support: To explore the role online communities play in promoting awareness and understanding of neurodivergence.

Whatever you can give – every donation counts. Your support makes all the difference and together we can create a brighter, healthier future.

At the time I was so embarrassed I didn’t feel like I could ask for help

After being blackmailed over photos he sent to someone he met on Tinder, Ethan didn’t know what to do and his mental health took a turn.

This Sexual Health Week, we’re raising awareness of online harms such as sextortion so young people like Ethan know where to get help.
