Every young person deserves the best start in life Dudley Here4YOUth offers a safe space for young people to talk about how they feel. The service empowers young people to make positive changes, to improve their wellbeing, make changes to their drug or alcohol use and reach their potential. Dudley Here4YOUth can help with anything from signposting and referral, improving emotional health and wellbeing, and advice and information on drugs and alcohol. When you work alongside Here4YOUth, you will have access to the following: · Advice and information about drugs and alcohol · Evidence based psychosocial interventions to make changes with drugs and alcohol, including clinical support · Drug and alcohol specialist harm minimisation · Alcohol audit and treatment · Group work programmes · BBV screening & treatment · Stop smoking interventions (16-18 year olds) · Programme to help manage impulsive behaviour · Tips to manage anxiety, stress or worry · Tips to improve self-confidence and self-worth · Making links with community groups/activities · Condoms, chlamydia and pregnancy testing · Signposting and referral · Volunteering opportunities including joining our co-production group You’re welcome to come along during our open access times, where you can meet our friendly team. You can also get in touch via our online referral system, or if you would feel more comfortable to meet a member of our team in an environment you are more familiar with, please do not hesitate to ask. Brook believes that everyone should be able to care for their sexual health without barriers to accessing clinical services or fear of stigma. Our friendly staff are here to help you, whatever is going on. However embarrassed or worried you might feel, they have seen and heard it all and treat everyone with the same respect.
Brook services are completely free to use. This includes contraception, which is free from Brook and on the NHS for all ages.
Brook will work with you to identify what help and support is best for you, giving you space and time to explore your options.

Brook has been operating sexual health services for young people for over 50 years. We launched our first all-age services in 2019, but many of our locations remain specifically dedicated to supporting people under 25.
