Increasing accessibility in 2024/25

Expanding our reach in new geographical areas

We expanded into new geographical areas in 24/25 with 64% clients from the 40% top most deprived areas, working with partners to provide services at the heart of communities.

Brook’s new digital-first service in Thurrock provides residents with online access to STI testing and treatment as well as contraception. By freeing-up capacity in our services, we are able to dedicate our in-person clinical support to those who need it the most. Our education experts work with schools and the local community to increase access to RSE and improve sexual health outcomes through targeted outreach.

We are delighted to have won a new all-age health promotion contract covering Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Brook specialists will be working in schools and delivering targeted outreach to communities as part of Yuno, the new integrated sexual health service covering the three local authority areas. Brook will also continue to deliver its young people’s sexual health service in Bristol, established in 1967.
