Bystander Intervention: test and feedback

We want to know what you think about our Bystander Intervention course. You feedback is crucial for helping us improve the course.

Brook is the UK’s leading sexual health and wellbeing charity. We’re asking for your feedback to help us evaluate and improve our Bystander Intervention course for universities.

Your honest and thoughtful responses are essential to ensure the course meets the needs of participants like you.

How it works

  • You will work your way through the online course and complete a survey. The survey is divided into three sections:
    • Before the course: complete this before you start the course
    • During the course: complete this as you work through the course
    • After the course: complete this once you have finished the course
  • It will take approximately two hours.
  • It’s important to complete both the course and the survey in one sitting.

We recommend you complete the testing on a laptop or desktop computer so you can keep the online course and survey open side by side as you work through them. Please make sure your browser is up-to-date and avoid refreshing the page to prevent losing your progress.

Ready? Please follow the steps below to begin the testing

Step 1: Open the course and the survey in two different tabs:

Step 2: Complete the pre-course part of the survey

Step 3: Work you way through the course, responding to questions about each section as you go

Step 4: When you have finished the course, complete the post-course part of the survey

Step 4: Submit the survey

Thank you for your participation and valuable feedback!

Q&A

Is the survey anonymous?

Your responses to the survey will remain anonymous, as we do not collect any information that could identify you (e.g., name, date of birth). Once you press “Submit,” your responses cannot be removed due to this anonymity.

Some responses may be shared (anonymously) in marketing materials, funding applications, reports, or educational resources.

Where can I find out more about how you will use my data?

Brook promises to keep your information safe and protect it from being lost, damaged or shared with anyone it shouldn’t be.

If you have any questions about the use of your data you can read our full privacy notice on our website www.brook.org.uk/privacy, contact Brook’s Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@brook.org.uk or you can write to us at Data Protection Officer, Brook, PO Box 78732, London, EC2P 2TA
