Outreach and educational services for Manchester

Brook has been commissioned by Manchester City Council to offer free Relationships and Sex education (RSE) workshops to young people in secondary schools and colleges, as well as free professionals training for organisations wanting to support young people around RSE or condom distribution.

Professional Training

We offer free, online training sessions for professionals in Manchester on a range of topics including:

  • Supporting and including LGBT+ young people
  • Masculinity and misogyny
  • Consent
  • Pornography and Youth Produced Sexual Imagery

Assemblies and workshops

Assemblies and workshops are available on all aspects of sexual health and relationships, as well as emotional health and wellbeing. They cover topics such as contraception, consent, relationships, sexual harassment, sexting, CSE and much more. The sessions always include local signposting.

Manchester c-Card Scheme

Any Manchester organisation working with young people can gain access to a free, on-going supply of condoms for the young people they work with. To register, you’ll need to complete free C-Card training. This also applies for outlets that were signed up to the old scheme. Get in touch with us to start the process of registering.
