Free condoms for young people aged 13-24 living and studying in South Tees, Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees.
The C-Card gives you access to free condoms, internal condoms (femidoms) and lube from a number of outlets. C-Card is free for young people 13 to 24 living or studying in South Tees (Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland), Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees.
To be able to use the condom distribution service, you will first need to register for a C-Card.
If you are aged 16 or over, you can register online. If you are under 16, or prefer not to use online registration, you can register at a C-Card outlet. You can view a map of the outlets online.
Once registered, you will be able to collect free condoms from a number of outlets across South Tees and Hartlepool including pharmacies, shops and public services. Outlets will let you know they are part of the scheme by displaying the C-Card logo in their window.
