We’re here for people in Sefton of any age, including under 16s, so it doesn’t matter who you are, how old you are or who you love; our online support and our friendly staff will help you access the care and support you need.
New service starting 1st April
As this is a new service starting 1st April, there is likely to be high demand in the first couple of weeks. This means there may be a wait at walk-ins and the phonelines may be busy.
If your need isn’t urgent and you’re able to wait a couple of weeks before contacting the service, you may get seen quicker and this will allow us to prioritise those with the most urgent need during the first couple of weeks.

If you’re 16+ and and do not have symptoms, you can order a home test through SH:24 or come to our clinic without an appointment during walk-in hours for our Test and Go service.
