Share your experience of using our new STI home test kit ordering service and receive a £50 Amazon voucher.

How do I sign up?

If you are interested in taking part, please complete our information and consent form (opens in a new tab).

Please make sure you read all the information on the form.

Who is eligible?

To take part, you must:

  • Currently be between 18 and 24 years old;
  • Live in Dudley, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside of Trafford;
  • Have ordered an STI home test kit online from Brook within the last five months;
  • Have completed and returned you samples.

Please note: we will ask for your postcode and the email address you used to make the order so we can verify that you have used the service and meet these eligibility criteria. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

What will I have to do?

You will have a phone or video (Zoom) ‘interview’ lasting around 30-45 minutes and with a member of the Brook digital team and/or an external evaluator working for Zoe Amar Digital. During the call we will ask you questions about your experience using our digital tools, including what you liked, what you didn’t like and what you think we should be focusing on next. We ask that you are honest with your answers around how well the online services work.

Important: the interview is about the digital tools and services you’ve used, not about you or your sexual health history, so you will not be expected to share details about your test results or other personal health information.

What do I get for taking part?

As well as the knowledge that you are helping make sexual health more accessible, everyone who completes an interview will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.

Why is Brook doing this?

We want to know what people think about our new digital tools and find out what we could do to improve them.

These interviews will also contribute to an external evaluation of a wider project that centres on improving online access to sexual health services.
