Welcome to the Sexual Health Awards 2021! You nominated your favourites, our team of judges shortlisted 5 finalists per category, and then you all picked a winner by voting.

The votes are being counted, and the awards will be presented on Friday 17 September, during Sexual Health Week.

The categories are…

This award recognises an individual (or group of individuals) who, through the use of social media, has made an exemplary contribution to destigmatising sexual & reproductive health.

Influencers must have more than 10k followers on at least one platform.

This award recognises an individual who, through the use of social media, has made an exemplary contribution to destigmatising sexual & reproductive health.

Micro-Influencers must have no more than 10k followers on any platform.

This award recognises a journalist whose work consistently destigmatises sexual and reproductive health, with particular emphasis on inclusion and diversity.

This award recognises an individual up to and including the age of 25 for their significant contribution to destigmatize sexual & reproductive health for young people. 

This award recognises the best non-profit grassroots initiatives aimed at destigmatizing sexual and reproductive health, with particular emphasis on inclusion and diversity.

(Grassroots initiatives are those that originate from  collective from the local level to effect change at the local, regional, and/or national level. Organisations and initiatives must operate within the UK).
