We run bespoke Traffic Lights training sessions for groups of 20 or more staff. This option allows you to explore the Traffic Lights as a team or with members of your wider organisation.
It also supports attendees with how it applies in your unique setting, as well as helping you to develop an organisational approach to responding to sexual behaviours.
The quality of the training provided by Brook is outstanding. Despite the session being over 3 hours long, staff said it was the best safeguarding training they had ever received, it challenged their own personal values/attitudes and took them outside their comfort zone.
Staff shared that they, because of the Brook training are confident in being able to identify, understand and respond to sexual behaviours and in turn we have seen an increase in the identification of sexual behaviours and the consistency in logging them as green, orange or red behaviours.”
