My Brook is our online platform that allows you to access our digital sexual health services including:

  • STI testing: Order an at-home STI test kit and view past and present test results.
  • Contraception: Book an appointment to discuss your contraception options.
  • Chlamydia treatment: If you test positive, you can request treatment online to be delivered to your home address.

Who can create an account?

Anyone aged 16-19 with a postcode that falls under Manchester City Council can create a My Brook account to access digital sexual health services. If you are under 16, you can still create an account but you won’t be able to access all online services. More about if you’re under 16

You can check which council(s) your postcode falls under on the gov.uk website.

If you work or study in Manchester but don’t have a Manchester postcode, you won’t be able to use My Brook but you still access our services by coming to clinic during walk-in hours or by calling us.

Visit Brook Manchester

I’m under 16, how can Brook help me?

Our services are free and confidential meaning you don’t need your parents or carers permission. Our friendly team have seen it all before so whatever you need help with, we’re here to support you without judgement.

Here are the services available to you at Brook Manchester:

For now, you won’t be able to access online services in My Brook, so please come to clinic.

What if I’m over 19?

You can still log into My Brook if you made your account before you turned 20, so you can still access your test results. However, Brook Manchester is only for people under 19 and under so you won’t be able to access any new services. Instead please visit The Northern Sexual Health Service, which is for all ages and covers Greater Manchester.

Please use your correct date of birth

Using a different date will mean we can’t provide you with your test results.
