Brook Newcastle Sexual Health Support Service

From 1 September 2026, Brook will be delivering the sexual health support service for young people in Newcastle.

Support for young people

We will be providing free, confidential, non-judgemental support to young people aged 11-25 including drop-in sessions across Newcastle where you can get support with:

  • Pregnancy testing
  • Chlamydia and gonorrhoea self-testing
  • Free condoms
  • Sexual health and relationships support
  • Sexual health support through our one-to-one programme called MyLife

In the meantime

Until 31 August, the early intervention sexual health education and advice service will be delivered by Children North East.

Support for schools, colleges and professionals

From 1 September there will be free support available for schools, colleges and professionals in Newcastle including:

  • Relationship and Sex Education workshops in schools and Alternative Provision
  • Training for professionals to build confidence and skills in discussing sexual health with young people
