One-to-one advice and support programme

Our MyLife programme is all about you. It’s a chance to talk with someone who will listen, support you, and help you work towards goals that matter to you.

You’ll have up to six one-hour sessions with a trained Specialist at a local community venue. Together, you’ll explore your goals, build on your strengths and find ways to overcome challenges.

The sessions are tailored to you and what you would like to focus on in the programme. Common areas the programme can support with include:

  • Relationships and friendships
  • Sexual health
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Gender and sexuality
  • Future goals and aspirations

Please note this is not a mental health service or therapy, so we’re unable to help with mental health concerns such as self-harm, eating disorders or trauma.

If you feel this would benefit you, you can self-refer to the service.

To enquire, please email us at newcastle@brook.org.uk

Are you a parent or professional? You can refer a young person into the programme through the same form above.
