Pay by credit card

If you need to purchase access for someone else or for a group of people and card payment is the only option, please contact us on training@brook.org.uk before making any payments and we will advise on the best way forward.

Alternatively, individuals can pay for themselves via our online shop (please see the section above for more information).

Please do not purchase access for multiple people by making several credit card payments using the same email address. This will mean that only the person with that email address has access to the course, no matter how many payments have been made.

If you have done this by accident, please contact website@brook.org.uk with details of the payments you have made and we will work with you to get the correct people enrolled on the course.

Purchase receipt and VAT information

When a credit card purchase is made, a purchase receipt will be automatically issued from our payment platform, Stripe. Please make sure this receipt is passed on to relevant colleagues (e.g. forwarded to your finance team). Sometimes receipts can end up in your junk/spam folder so please do check there if it is not in your inbox.

No VAT is charged on any of our e-learning courses.
