Session aim: Explore what makes friendships positive and healthy, and build skills for recognising and responding to unhealthy behaviour.

While talks are an effective way of reaching larger audiences, our interactive lesson-based sessions provide greater opportunities for discussion, participation and questions, helping young people engage more deeply with the content.
