If you’re over 16, you can request pills, rings and patches online through My Brook and we may be able to post these remotely to you address or make it available for quick collection.

Fill out the form to request contraception remotely
A Brook clinician will review your request within 3 working days and contact you if they have any concerns or questions.
If your request is approved, your contraception is posted to you or can be picked up in clinic
Important
Filling out the form does not guarantee your request will be approved. You may not be approved if our clinicians have concerns, depending on your age, the method you’ve requested, or if you’re new to Brook Thurrock. If our clinicians need further information from you, you may get a phone call or you might be invited to book an appointment.
If you want to start or replace your the coil, implant or injection you can fill out an online form through My Brook, we will then contact you to arrange an appointment. Implants, coils and injections are all fitted in clinic but by filling out a form on My Brook you can speed up the process.
If your injection is due within the next week, please call the service on 01375 800 260.
If you would like your coil or implant removed, but not replaced, please call the service on 01375 800 260 to arrange an appointment for your coil or implant to be removed.
If you’re looking for the morning after pill or emergency contraception, you cannot request this online. Read our webpage to find out where and how to get it.

The C-Card gives you access to free condoms, internal condoms (femidoms) and lube from a number of outlets. C-Card is free for young people 13 to 24 living or studying in Thurrock.
If you have less than a week left of your contraceptive method, please phone the service on 01375 800 260. If you have a week or more left, please use My Brook as this is the quickest and easiest way to get contraception.
If you’re under 16 please phone the service on 01375 800 260. You won’t be able to request contraception online through My Brook but you can book an appointment through our phoneline to be seen in clinic.
